Ismail Kady was re-elected as Chairman of AUASO "Alraid"

On January, 9th, 2010, on the Ninth general meeting of the All-Ukraine Association of Social Organizations "Аlraid" Ismail Kady was re-elected as a chairman for a period of two years.

During the General meeting, the present chairmen of social organizations and the heads of the departments which are a part of "Alraid" considered and discussed the full report on activity of the Association in 2007-2009, introduced by its chairman and the executive committee. Reporting to the members of the meeting, Ismail Kady announced all achievements of the Association in cultural-informative, educational, social, charitable and information fields of activity. Then he spoke about some non-realized projects, considering barriers and obstacles which made for the delay of the course of work.

On end of the first half of the meeting, the chairman of the Association and revision committee resigned. For the period of elections, the process was supervised by the head of the organizational commission of the meeting Shadi Otman. The voting took place according to the charter, in calmness and brotherly spirit. On each separate bulletin there was written the name of the candidate in chairmen, then heads of the revision committee and, at last, its members. At the end of the procedure of votes counting, Shadi Otman announced the results of the elections, according to which Ismail Kady was re-elected for the second term. Basel Mareii became the new head of the revision committee.

On the meeting termination, all interested persons stated their wishes and offers to the new management.

All members and employees of the AUASO "Alraid" hope that with the help of the Almighty, the new management with all sincerity and responsibility will begin the new stage of work of the Association.
