We Grieve over Death of our Brother Ala al-Muhtasib, Crimean Hafiz School Teacher

"(To the righteous soul will be said:) "O (thou) soul, in (complete) rest and satisfaction!  "Come back thou to thy Lord,- well pleased (thyself), and well-pleasing unto Him!" (The Holy Quran, 89:27–28)

On December, 24th, 2009, Lord rested the soul of our brother from Simferopol, Ala al-Muhtasib.

Ala al-Muhtasib was born in 1981 in Hebron (Palestine). There he also became the expert of the Holy Quran, having memorized its greater part. In 1999 Ala came to Ukraine on purpose to become a doctor. On the termination of the general course at the Crimean State Medical University, brother Ala chose a speciality of a surgeon-cardiologist, and should has graduated in 2010.

From the first days in Ukraine our brother took active part in Islamic work and charities which conducts the AUASO "Alraid". Having finished memorizing of the Holy Quran studying by heart, Ala al-Muhtasib became one of the best teachers of the Higher School of Hafiz in Simferopol. Last three years he headed the Social Organisation "Аhrar" — the oldest as a part of "Alraid" Association.

Ala Al-Muhtasib was married and with impatience expected his first child.

Deeply we grieve over death of Ala al-Muhtasib and we ask the Almighty to Bestow His Mercy on our brother. God grant his family strength and patience.
