“Woman of the Future…” – Traditional Spring Conference

On 9^th of March in the conference-hall of Kyiv Islamic Cultural Center Female Social Organization “Maryam” together with Social Organization “An-Nour” held traditional spring conference under the title “Woman of the Future…”

At the beginning of the conference the head of revision committee of “Alraid” Wael Bekhsi on behalf of all co-workers of Organization greeted all representatives of the fair sex with Women’s Day. He wished to all women to stay the symbol of tenderness, kindness, care and love. Moreover, Dr. Wael thanked all organizers for their activity and all the present for their interest to the event.

During their reports the lecturers raised questions about the value of a woman in the society, how the real woman looks like and what are her strong points. For a woman has always been a symbol of kindness and understanding, be it loving mother, sister, wife or daughter. A woman should always remain a woman, be she an accountant, a business-lady, a teacher or a good house-wife, she should be a woman from the capital letter.

Especially for the present men one of the sisters red a letter with convincing advises. In her lecture she noted that a man should be sincere and frank in his relations with his wife, to take part in education of his children and in household activities.

The reports roused great interest of the audience, which numbered nearly 200 persons. Conference hall of Islamic Center was full. Among the visitors were Muslim women, as well as representatives of other confessions, students of “An-Nour” school and all interested in Arabic language and Islamic culture.

In the course of the conference all the present could ask the questions which interested them and at the end get the answers and advices, both from Imam of the Mosque Sheikh Imad Abu-Rrub, and from the lecturers.

After the conference the guests were invited for the refreshments where they could share their impressions from the heard, to get acquainted with sisters and to spend time with pleasure.
