Seyran Aryfov the president of the Council of Ukrainian Muslims handed over a car for the needs of the Crimean Tatar unit "Crimea".

“Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, we have participated in various charity and volunteer actions. Many similar events were organized by ourselves,” says the head of the Council. “Of course, they also supported and provided assistance to Muslim soldiers, that are in the ranks of the territorial defense, volunteer units and armed forces.”

According to Sheikh Seyran, during this period, Council activists handed over a lot of humanitarian aid to the in need in various cities of Ukraine. The military was usually helped in a specific way: with medicines, food, walkie-talkies, military clothing, etc.

“The commander of the "Crimea" unit, our brother Issa Akayev, and I have also been in touch since March. He then talked about the needs of the battalion, so we decided to help the guys with the pickup truck. It's no secret that the army has a great need for such cars, although during active hostilities their service life is short - everyone understands that,” says Seyran Aryfov.

With the efforts of Council activists, it was possible to purchase a Nissan Navarra car. Seyran Aryfov handed the keys and documents from it directly into the hands of the commander of "Crimea" Issa Akayev. Along with the pickup truck, the unit also received high-quality first-aid kits, which the CUM received thanks to cooperation with Polish volunteers.

Issa Akayev thanked for the help on behalf of all the soldiers of the unit. In turn, Seyran Aryfov assured the commander that the Council of Ukrainian Muslims will continue to try to help and support the Muslim soldiers defending Ukraine from the criminal aggression of Russia.
