Center –is situated the central office of "Аlraid". The Regional Social Organisation "An-Nur" also works here.

In the Centre there are:

• Russian and Arabic libraries where is collected numerous literature, compact discs, audio- and video-tapes about Islam and oriental culture
• A Sunday school on studying of the Arabic language and the culture of the Islamic world
• A gym, equipped by training apparatus, billiards, a table tennis
• An Internet club
• A conference hall for 200 persons
• A cafe, where it is possible to try oriental dishes and sweets
