100 grocery packs were delivered to the needy (old, in particular) parishioners of Kyiv Islamic Centre Mosque by the Centre’s volunteers.
Each pack contained pasta, rise, sugar, flour, and oil - all enough to last for at least a month. Thus, those people wouldn’t have to worry about everyday food and go out grocery shopping.
Of course, the volunteers who bought, packed and delivered the groceries never failed to use means of personal protection such as masks, gloves and sanitizers.
They are planning to extend the charity, so the organizers call upon everyone willing to join the good cause and either donate some money or volunteer.
